I don't think Marvel or Disney have an anti-white/anti-male agenda.

Do I think their way of handling diversity is clumsy, flawed and not good at all? Yeah, they could be much better. Pretty hamfisted and mishandled as far as things go.

Do I think they have some sort of secret evil conspiracy to rid the world of white guys? Totally not, they're just bad at writing characters nowadays. They aren't crazy masterminds trying to destroy The White Man, they just aren't good at properly handling topics like diversity.
