Breast growth and mood swings

Hey everyone. I've been on E for four years. Recently I changed my dosage to 4 mg of estradiol and 200 mg of spironolactone daily.

I'm experiencing migraines, mood swings, unwanted erections, and weight gain around hips. Are these common after years on hormone therapy? Any advice or insights appreciated.

Also, I've started taking progesterone, and it's led to increased breast sensitivity and some back pain because of fuller breasts. Has anyone had similar experiences?
