my cat’s head has been tilted the last few months

he’s about 4 years old and the last few months his head had been staying at a tilt. he seems a bit uncoordinated and has trouble walking straight. his personality is the same, he’s always been a bit of a quirky little guy. is this a vestibular problem and should i be concerned ?
