Phantom Wemo device won't go away

I had a Wemo outlet assigned to my living room and I gave it the name "Christmas Tree". I got rid of my Wemo outlet long ago and it no longer appears in my Google Home App. Also, I recently reinstalled the Wemo app and saw that I have no devices connected to my account. I have smart Hue bulbs in my living room and they appear and function when using the Google Home app, but when I ask the assistant to turn on the living room lights, it responds by saying "Turning on Christmas Tree", but the Hue lights in the living room don't go on. I can't find anything labeled Christmas Tree in my Google Home app and I can't get the Assistant to turn on my living room lights.

Any suggestions?
