220 split to 110?

I have an outlet that was setup with a 220v breaker to support an electric oven. I was not using it and I had some outside lights and outlets put in the ties to that outlet. So from my main breaker it goes 220 to that outlet. Then from that outlet it runs outside to another breaker board that has multiple plugs etc. question, can I still use the inside 220v for an oven ?
