Coverage for theft by deception?

Does anyone know of a product of coverage for theft by deception? Client did two small transactions of inventory with a person. On the third transaction which was much bigger, the person took the inventory but never made good on their promise. They were supposed to provide new product in exchange for the inventory. After several months it is clear he has no intention of giving the inventory back nor providing the product he promised.

Client has a simple bop. We’re running into exclusions for voluntarily parting, false pretense, and dishonesty.
