[REC] Pls recommend Mafia or Underworld related novels

Hello! I'm interested in finding novels featuring a protagonist who leads a mafia or underworld gang, preferably with a kingdom-building element. I'd appreciate recommendations with intelligent main characters, as I'm looking to avoid stories with MCs focused on pursuing romantic interests.
