Movie related to the sea

So i watched this movie in my childhood. Probably around 2009~2010ish. I think. The movie was an animation movie for kids. It was a western animation movie, nothing like ghibli. I dont remember much about the movie, but all i remember is that an evil character was trying to seduce? or trick somebody (i think the male lead) and took the person to a broken ship. Like a ship which was really old and shabby. And they ate dinner together or something because the evil person tricked this the male lead into believing that the old ship is a restaurant. Btw I dont know if i remember correctly, but the evil character was a mermaid or some kind of an sea creature and had a rival relationship with the female lead. And in the end, the female lead wins by tricking the evil character to walk into a trap with was apparantly installed in the broken ship. In the end, the evil character gets punished by being catapulted to the sea and somehow the villain cant swim into the sea but only bounce off the water because of the curse which was chanted after the loss to the female lead. Please help me find this movie. It has been in my head for days...
