How to handle praise

So this is kind of a weird one. This isn’t meant to be a humble brag. But in the last couple weeks i (21M) have been receiving more praise both professionally and personally from friends. My question i guess is, how do i go about properly thanking them and reciprocating my thanks for all of their help with my progress?
