Alcohol and Tylenol

Preemptively saying this. I know I’m a bit of a worrywart. So this may sound a little ridiculous lol.

Took some tylenol this morning 12 hours ago, 650 mg. Drank half a beer, remembered that I took Tylenol this morning and dumped the rest out to be safe. I know you should not mix the two but I genuinely forgot I took it this morning. Am I ok?
