Looking for advice for my disabled kiddo

Hi, my 16 year old is wanting to buy a laptop for gaming. He plays PS4 in a limited way (he is wheelchair bound and vent dependent, has very little muscle movement and strength so he plays one handed lying down). I am hoping to find out if there is an eye gaze system for gaming that might be available that would allow him to game with speed and agility. Also, is there a laptop to support such a system? Any advice anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you🙂
