Is this bizzare to you?

I got a phone call recently. I was playing a video game and my phone started ringing and when I looked at it, it had no number and ID and it said "unknown caller". I decided I was going to answer it but before I did it ended. I decided I was going to call the number back and it went straight to a robo voice. I called back twice. It only rang for like 4 seconds. I've never seen this before. This honestly felt pretty eerie to me.
