Any Selfie pics transition app with intelligent photo selection?

Hi everyone. I have a ton of pictures of my little brother since he was a baby until now 12. I wanna make a video with transition of his pics from baby to now, but the trick here is I don’t want to have to select them from a gallery, but I’d rather have the app identify the pictures where he appears and uses that as transition. Ai has evolved a lot so I don’t think is too much of a crazy request. Google already does face recognition on pictures and shows them together.
