How do I remove the heat break?

I changed my nozzle and it didn't seal well and leaked causing a big problem. (sorry no pics)
I've ordered a whole new extruder/hotend, but wondering if this was saveable.
In cleaning the heater block and nozzle, I ended up damaging them. I thought I could order the parts hand have a spare...

I had this all apart, but I reassembled to keep it together, but I can't seem to get the heatbreak out.
