At my store, there is a store manager that is having an inappropriate relationship what's an employee. This store manager is upset that people are gossiping and making it seem like it's innocent. This door manager threatened to write people up for spreading "rumors" Even though this particular person have told a shift lead that she has something in her phone to get the store manager fired. Can a store manager write someone up for rumors?
