My quest 3 randomly turned off and wont turn back on again.

So I was playing a pcvr game (link cable) when my internet turned off. At first my quest was fine but then it kicked me out of quest link, glitched a little and turned off. I took the link cable out and held the power button for around 30 seconds and nothing happend. I tried to get it to boot via the boot menu and still nothing. Please help. (quest 3 128gb)
