Why isn't the limited Carrion vinyl sold out yet?

I noticed yesterday that the Carrion limited "blood-filled" vinyl was open for sale on Materia, and assumed that it would sell out instantly, as most "collector's vinyls" tend to. It is still in stock, and I'm confused on why. I understand that it's super overpriced, but with such a limited quantity, I would think there would be at least 20 people who want it enough to bite the bullet on the price.
