People who don't paragraph properly

I was once a beta reader for an FB friend writing a fanfic, which had potential. I noticed it wasn't paragraphed, but I let it go, figuring they wanted to get their ideas down and fix it later. When I gave them some tips, they said they weren't going to paragraph it, because they didn't like it that way. That's when I declared myself out.
