Syncing iCloud from corporate computer

I'm using iCloud as my shared folder to sync between multiple devices. However, I have problem uploading documents created in my corporate PC into iCloud. No issues if when creating journals using other devices, the document can be synced. Only those created in the PC not uploading into iCloud. Any idea on how I can mitigate this issue?
