Do you guys use cable extender to avoid tear in mouse usb?

I have been using a wired mouse on laptop. When I'm new on mouse gaming, I was buying cheap mouse that looks cool but the USB tear and kinda broke as I always unplug and plug it repeatly as I always need to brought my laptop pretty much everywhere.

When I first time to buy pricey mouse like Deathadder v2, I become concious about it and read that people use extended cable so it only tear on extended cable? Or is the deathadder v2 usb can hold long enough even after the 4 years or something?
