Is it normal for the RAM plastic packaging to be broken off like this?

I’ve posted this video last night and people said they can’t see anything wrong. I’ve now included screenshots from the video where the broken plastic packaging can be seen.

I was asking if this was normal for RAM packaging? The factory sticker didn’t seem to be reapplied amd the sticks have a matching model number. But you can see little pieces of plastic flying around on the inside, I’m afraid something might get stuck inside under the heatsink.

Is this normal and I shouldn’t worry, or what should I do?
