My hope for warbands in the future

Blizzard has announced warbands for the next expansion. All of your characters will be connected with renown, transmog, and other things. This is a massively good change.

My hope is that in the future warbands will allow you to use your other character as AI companions in group content. Perhaps not in current expansion mythic+ and raids but perhaps for heroic dungeons and for past expansion instances your group could be filled out with AI allowing you to play the content at its' intended difficulty without worrying about putting together a group.

If you just want it to be legacy loot and breeze through one shotting everything go ahead and let that still be there. This would just add another way for players to play the game solo.

As I envision it it wouldn't be limited to just your characters that appear as the AI. There would be a number of NPCs that can fill out group roles as well. This idea is very similar to the trust system of FF14
