Kids Dinosaur Book

UNSOLVED

Hey guys, looking for a book I read as a kid that was awesome and hoping to find a copy for my kids.

This was roughly 20yrs ago circa 2002 - 2008 (book could have been published prior to this period).

It was a book about a chameleon/lizard that travelled through time, specifically the different periods of dinosaurs; Triassic, Jurassic, Cretaceous.

Memory is kinda hazy, but it was a where's waldo style book where you searched for either the lizard or his family who were scattered throughout the different periods (each one was a different colour too). Some pages were dense jungle with era specific dinosaurs, some where aquatic and avian based dinos of their period. It was heavily illustrated over text based and possibly one in a series of books. The where's waldo search was across both pages at a time throughout the book. I read it in NSW, Australia. The school at the time had a frequent order with scholastic, however this book was in the library and I am unsure if it is connected to Scholastic.

Not a lot of detail to go on, I know. I have consulted an AI chat online who couldn't find it and suggested a forum. I remember exactly where in the library it was but not a lot of the specifics unfortunately.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated!
