Training/Review Center Business

We have seen that majority of the graduating class in our area always relocates to Morayta or any other portion of Recto in order to attend review centers and get ready for their board exams.

I'm considering whether this would be a good time to build a training/review facility outside of a university or institution.

Any thoughts on this? I really value your opinions here.
