PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center

My partner has regular hospital visits due to severe cyst. Every time in the last year the Drs and nurses were rude and neglected their care. For the most recent, the hospital wasnt busy this night, and they left him unintended for hours at a time. They had plenty of available rooms and didn't give him one, so he was sitting in the hall from 12am-5am. He was in severe pain the whole time so he couldn't realize what was going on until like 4am. All of the nurses and Drs weren't tending any patients, they were on their phones or watching stuff together. Other patients were crying due to pain and eventually passed out and they did nothing. When someone had a seizure 2 nurses helped but instead of the rest getting back to they're jobs they just stood around and watched just cause. But for my partner They dressed him down in a public space Neglected his care For a saline IV they stabbed his arm repeatedly without a care cause they couldn't find his veins, and they told him off when he said it hurt

Have any of you had a past awful experience with this hospital?? Also is there a way we could report St Joseph's hospital until something actually happens
