A few nights in Andalusia

Taking a short trip in February. Starting with 3 nights in Seville. Then we have 3 more nights before a mid-day flight out of Malaga. I'd really like to see the Alhambra, and Ronda looks very interesting as well. Trying to figure out the best way to do it...any ideas?

One thought was train to Granada for two nights, then somehow get to Ronda for a night, then to airport in the am. Alternative could do a long day driving, stopping in Ronda, ending in Granada, two nights there and then a night in Malaga before we go. We are two adults and two young kids so I'm just as happy driving as taking a train since tickets add up and schlepping luggage isn't fun.
