Game to play with friends

Hi everyone, today I'm looking for a game I can play with my group of friends. The fact is that we get bored very soon so I have some requests, if you know anything like that please suggest it to me

- No player number restrictions: we use to play League of Legends, yet you can play it in max 5 players, kinda lame for a group of potentially 13 people max.
- Not too much focused on farming: if we play Minecraft, for example, there's always that guy who spends more time on the server than others, meaning that if one has just found iron for the first time, he already has netherite armor set. It's kinda annoying for many of us.
- Can be multiplayer online or coop only, it doesn't matter.
- As well it doesn't matter the kind of game, can be an FPS or an MMORPG (we tried a lot of this category tho) or anything else
