Charging an elusive but repeat NFA shoplifter

This is one for the case file gurus and custody wizards.

I have a very elusive shoplifter I have been dealing with. The other day I managed to catch him and arrested him. Long story short he got charged with 6x thefts. They have a court date in around 3 weeks.

Today, I have come across more thefts/shopliftings assigned to me regarding this offender. There is evidence to get him charged. How do I go about getting him into court for these other offenses, especially when he already has a court date?

Is it possible to tag these extra offenses onto a new file and send them for the same court hearing?
