[PC] [UNKNOWN] Free Steam drawing game where you could draw on top of or something based on someone else's drawing

It wasn't a drawing guessing game or a "draw on the same canvas as all your friends" type of game , but one where you could take someone else's drawing and draw on top of them? Or something. I do remember that it was a free game I discovered it a few weeks or months ago when I saw a popular tweet of a shitpost drawing of I think some cereal mascots (maybe tony the tiger?) with either the Grinch or kermit or some other green guy with one of them on the floor and they were both sobbing because one of them was leaving for like a divorce or something and the text was "I HAVE TO LEAVE BUT THAT DOESNT MEAN I WANT TO" or something to that effect. and right next to that drawing was one that looked somewhat crude of white blob people with the same text.

• title reminded me of "drawn to life"
• the title probably has together in it
