Help pls help advice

Everything,everything just everything in my life just horrible. My gf left my for her Abusive ex, my friends don't respect me and my family hates me. My stepdad just said he would be the fuck out of me because my cat Scratched my brother after i told him not to play with her. And with soo many other things i have to think of my life its just terrible for my mental and Physical Health my heart rate goes up has high has 160. I'm scared for a future. I just want someone to hug me i want love. I need someone. Just need help.
