Evidence of Hamas preventing civilians from leaving?

People keep saying “Hamas are not letting Civilians leave” but I can’t find anything online that’s recent.

Someone show me on-the-ground footage of Hamas in the open-public, on the ground, preventing people from leaving.

How come it’s so rare to find??!

Don’t show me aerial footage. I want on the ground footage.
