Thoughts on shaco

I feel like even tho shaco has some stuff thats lacking in comparison to other assasins, does it ever feel like the reason he may never get a buff is due to what we shaco players pull off? Like he is the only champion that is just there to mess with the enemy team, no matter if you build him mage or assasin.

For example, the whole reason behind sup shaco is just being born to mees with other and while that is fun maybe that is the reason he will never get a buff?
