Sick after TKR

Hi everyone - overthinker here. I am currently 6 weeks post op & now able to walk slightly but atleast go to a restaurant if anything. Has anyone gotten sick after they had a knee replacement like the flu or covid & if you did - did you have complications? I also have RA so my immune system is already non existent. I express my concerns to my family & bf but no one really gets it they just say don’t let my surgery control my life but I’m only 6 weeks post op…
