Likelihood of eUpgrade clearing for a winter holidays trip YVR to Shanghai?

I have 35K status and purchased an Economy Flex fare. What's the likelihood of eUpgrades clearing for business class or for PE for either leg of a round trip from YVR to Shanghai over the winter holidays?

My assumption is it'll be essentially zero probability.
