iPhone 15Pro defective

My phone 15 pro has a manufacturing defect. Foreign particles inside the one of the rear lenses. Estimated time for replacement is unknown. And the word “express” has no meaning when the replacement is not within a short period of time. Initially I was told that the products get shipped within 1-2 days in case of replacement. Now I am using a defective $1000 piece even after 6 days of raising the ticket. Also, Apple did not promise me that they would replace my phone which has a manufacturing defect with a new phone even though issue was raised within first 3 days of buying it. This is so sad that Apple has an unclear replacement policy. I think they shouldn’t be doing this especially after receiving a lot of backlashes for 15 series line up. They sad they would also deliver me a ‘like new device’ which is nothing but a refurbished. I would rather buy the refurbished from one of many other websites that sells me the same refurbished product for lesser price and even gives one year warranty on them. I was in a wrong notion thinking that the posts over the internet were exaggerated and issue might not be this big. But, I was wrong. Keeping a customer waiting is not good or at least one should be provided with an estimated date of resolution.
