Lower back pain

Hello everyone, I just wanted to ask a few questions. I'm a f(21) I have been pretty active my whole life but recently with covid and life, I stopped. Now I have been experiencing the most excruciating(get dizzy from the pain at times) lower back pain on and off for the last 2 years, including my legs and neck. They always start when I bend down. I can't get back up or even walk for 2 to 3 days. After those days I start walking but only if I tuck in my butt. I recently went to the dr, they prescribed cyclobenzaprine and meloxicam. Has this happened to anyone? Should I get a second opinion?Any comment will help, thank you.
