I hate not having family who understand or at least show empathy about my anxiety
I work retail. I have to answer phones and deal with people that make me want to bash my head against the walls, also a kinda have an inferiority complex and I can't get a good therapist so honestly I have a lot of issues and I hate working.
My manager is super obnoxious wanting about us to get people to sign up for reward accounts and credit cards for our store. She also laughed the other day when I answered the phone and transferred the line to someone else who has answers to customer questions because I sounded nervous.
I tell my parents, and brothers about how I feel but they're so rude about it.
Yeah I've quit several jobs because working with people drains me, makes me anxious, and just stresses me out. I get how I'm not exactly doing great in their eyes as a person.
I'm 23 so I'm kinda worried about trying to pay for college myself and getting a 4 year degree.
I also don't make much to pay for that but I dunno if maybe I should take that risk and try since I feel like doing something that feels so meaningless and stressful for the rest of my life sounds awful.
I always feel so incompetent at work and I wish I could do something that makes a difference somehow.
