Accepting New JO after signing a contract

Just want to get feedback from this, i already signed a contract to this new company but then the other company that im eying for called and ready to give a JO.

Just want to get your feedback on this. Read through the contract and there is stipulation there that i will be fined or binded to that company, pretty much a standard employee contract.

Maybe im more asking is about the moral aspect about it. What would you do about that situtation.
