Is it possible to make a "sleep timer" routine?

I have this issue where I like to watch YouTube when I go to bed because it helps me fall asleep easily. But sometimes when I wake up in the morning, I find my phone on the charger still playing a video and it's burning hot from constant use. Is there a way I can have a sleep timer of sorts to automatically turn my phone screen off after 30 minutes or so of manually activating a routine?
