Opinion on investing into an Acura CL9 with 250k on the clock.

I own a 2007 Honda Accord Euro CL9 ( Acura TSX ) in Australia. I really like the car and would like to invest into it. Tune, Rims,Lowering springs, Headers and Intake.

However, the car as clocked 250,000kms and has some services that has to be carried out. ( Drive shaft replcemet, Upper & Lower arm bushing etc. ).

Is it worth the investment ?
