Finding partners? Where?

Starting dayz after 1 year break and my old friends don't play dayz anymore or still hanging around in their base on a low pop server which is boring to me. Where can I find people to play with? I posted on the xbox many times and there was only one guy - in days - who played with me for 1 hour, when he died he gave up.

Problem is I only want to play on first-person servers and I am german so the pool of people interested is kinda small I guess.
