Carthaginian elephant taming techniques?

So, the surviving works of Mago are only in quotations from roman sources. I found a reference that claimed there were instructions on how to tame an elephant in the original work but I can find this or a latin quotation. Was this fragment lost? Did only the title survive? Was it not fully translated and preserved in the Roman record?
