Painting Lutron Caseta Dimmer?
Has anyone ever painted their smart switch to match the wall color? I’ve done a regular switch before but just curious what the best way is with the smart switches considering that there are LED indicators on the side?

Don't. You can buy the face plates in 15 or so different colors relatively cheaply, and if you must - paint those. Don't paint the switch, it's a $60 switch made of a specific plastic that withstands thousands of presses ... your paint will not live up to that capability, will get into the gaps between the buttons and will look like garbage.
Thing is the room is one solid dark color, it would look bad if it’s not painted. I guess I can just go with a dumb switch and paint it if need be
Seems weird. I've seen many many many rooms of various colors with white switches. They stand out but rooms have switches. I've never considered painting a switch before nor have I seen a painted switch.
Well like everything is painted the same color, including the trim and baseboard. Looks pretty awesome. See here: https://imgur.com/a/vCWBzUA
Your windows, floor, furniture, light fixture and lamps are not painted. You can get a black Caseta switch for $119, but because the pillar/arch is white, I'd leave it white.
I personally think white switches would look great in there.
Don’t k ow why someone would down vote, but ok
