Help with Fontys online mobility application workflow

Hi, I’m filling out my application workflow for fontys but I’m not sure what to do for a lot of the options and the deadline is coming up. Does anyone have a guide on how to do it? I’m mainly unsure about the learning agreement and motivation letter. Is there a certain format I need to use or documents I can download to fill out?
