HH job offer

Hey guys, had a job offer and wanted to see what you guys think.

102k salaried position. 30 pt productivity

SOC only 1.5 pts ROC/recert/oasis DC 1.25 pts Eval/standard visit 1.00 pts

.50 cent mileage reimbursement

PTs mostly hand off standard visits and do higher end visits, 1-2 SOCs per day typically.

on call 1 entire weekend every 4 weeks, 2 holidays per year requirement

**I live far from territory - about 50 min to 1.5 hours from where most patients are located. Tolls would cost me 2000 per year. Mileage is not reimbursed for commute to and from territory.

……I tried to negotiate salary, no luck. highest they could do was 102k. The long commute plus high productivity with low points for SOC and higher visits is what is holding me up. From what it looks like, could be 8+ hours in the field and another 2-4 hours at home documenting when taking into account commute and low pointage for visits
