Anyone had an issue leading to starting remote exam starting late?
I couldn't get my ID to focus and was following the protractor live agents advice to get it sorted. By the time it was sorted it was 9:40 while the exam start time was 9am. Worried my exam may be voided?

Not experienced it myself, but I wouldn't worry OP - sounds like a technical issue and you followed the right steps. I don't think the ICAEW would penalise you for starting 10 minutes late :)
