Out of control student ruining a 4th grade class of 26?

I need advice. I have a student with severe non medicated ADHD who is out of control and ruining an already challenging class.

Lets call him Aiden. I have lost any control of Aiden. He calls out multiple times a minute, runs around the room, and makes inappropriate jokes constantly. Redirection works for about 20 seconds. Any positive praise he does not care for. If I positively praise someone around him for example, being quiet and if hes talking it goes over his head.

If i discipline line him it just doesn’t do anything either

Aiden has had 7 lunch detentions and one out of school suspension and one in school suspension . Nothing has changed When he is in my classroom i think about quitting. I am so exhausted.
