Why isn't anyone discussing the changes to Guts' neck tattoo? In the new issue of the manga, on one of the panels you can see new occult signs appearing around the rune symbol. Any guesses what this could mean?

I think OP is saying that the seal is sporting ‘new’ symbols than before. Not that the seal itself is new. I got to admit, I don’t remember what the symbols on the seal looked like, but if they are different, I don’t think it means anything. It would just be mistake.
