I don’t normally eat bad anymore but I have to treat myself and give the old school vibes of an old WoW expansion drop… order in a pizza, get some junk, live life

Like you just make yourself a lasagna sandwich? That sounds oddly good.

I'm clearly winning because I'll be eating the diet of champions.

Beeferoni cheesedogs, bags of pickles and ceaser salad straight off my keyboard.

Y'all have no chance.

Chicken enchiladas are a great meal prep option. Beans and chicken for protein, veggies, taste great and can be batch made.

I just prepped 16 sandwiches. Each one had two slices of the lower carb bread, 25g of cheese, and 50g of boned and skinned chicken drumsticks. This will give me a good base of building a fairly quick and easy sandwich. I also have another 8 or so ham and cheese sandwiches too, so it should last me for a month worth of lunches. Can build upon them any which way I like too.

Dude you don't even know the half of it mate.

Tomorrow I'm making 10 servings of spaghetti bolognese and 10 servings of cottage pie. I have enough celery/onion/carrots to make a double batch. That should serve as like half my dinners for the next 6 weeks lol.

can make like 3 meals in the oven easily

2 dozen beaten eggs
2-3lbs breakfast sausage
1 diced green bell pepper
1 diced red bell pepper
1 diced onion
4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of milk
Salt/pepper to taste

Brown and crumble sausage in a pan, then set aside.

Sautee veggies in that pan with the residual sausage fat, set aside.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.

Bake for 30 mins @ 350°F

Let cool, slice into meal and snack sized portions and store in the fridge. (Can be reheated and wrapped up as a breakfast burrito if you'd like. Add hot sauce and/or salsa to the burrito).

It's fast, easy, relatively healthy, and protein dense.

I bought some microwave frozen meals. Fancy hippie ones with vegetables and such :P

Also some rolls, a giant bag of salad greens and bottle of dressing.

I'm getting old, though! Not judging any Hot Pockets preppers.

A huge bowl of pasta salad that I can eat for the next few days. It's nothing I have to reheat, so it's less time spent away from my computer

You can bulk prep a lot of things, portion and freeze so you can pop them in the microwave for good meals for cheap.

My freezer has individual sachets of meatloaf, bolognese and chicken and veggie stock. All can be turned into meals in less than 10 minutes.
