Popular opinion: F14 Visual wear levels should have no way to disable them

I fly the Tomcat very extensively in DCS... I love the aircraft and I feel Heatblur did a tremendous job with it.

My only gripe is with people wanting to disable the cockpit wear...

It is realistic and numerous actual aircrew have confirmed this. The labels aren't even that hard to read and if you are still too blind you can use the tooltips. And tbh I prefer an aircraft the way it was like in the real world, i.e. not in pristine condition.
